Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Train on new product lines and sales techniques through our development program
- Uphold brand standards in customer service and store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/apparel preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional vendor visits
