Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations using company-provided equipment
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily targets
- Maintain organized product displays and sales floor using provided tools
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory management using company-provided scanners
- Stay updated on product knowledge through provided training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
