Responsibilities

- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events to drive customer engagement
- Utilize CRM tools to build customer relationships and loyalty program enrollment
- Contribute to store performance through participation in team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales metrics in previous roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in retail technology (POS systems, inventory management)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
