Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by building rapport with customers and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Process merchandise shipments, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer relationships
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
