Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve/exceed daily and weekly sales targets through consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise products to maintain visually appealing displays
- Train new associates on store operations and sales techniques
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (for store errands)
- Background check and drug screen required
