- Deliver personalized product recommendations and styling solutions to high-end clientele
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-volume sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (required for occasional inventory runs)
