Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
