Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving and exceeding daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Merchandise products, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
