Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to identify product needs and match solutions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing returns/exchanges
- Build and maintain client relationships through post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and KPI targets
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Stay current on product knowledge through weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
