Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through client acquisition and retention
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation
- Participate in product training to stay current on new collections and features
- Contribute to store operations through stock handling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for technology and retail systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
