Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
