Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and product knowledge mastery
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, credit, and mobile transactions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store-wide goals
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention measures

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong drive welcome
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural customer rapport
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in transaction processing
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs
