Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized styling
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay current on product trends and brand initiatives
- Participate in team training and development programs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license preferred
