Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and solution-based selling
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management protocols
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and optimal presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
