Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and inventory accuracy
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain comprehensive knowledge of merchandise

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
