Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain pristine store presentation, including merchandising displays and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit operations securely
- Build lasting client relationships through proactive follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient store operations and visual standards
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, beauty, or home goods categories
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and basic retail software
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
