Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities and executing strategic merchandising plans
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining 100% transaction accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak sales periods and inventory cycles
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product expertise
- Participate in store inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.) and inventory software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for store inventory runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
