Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail in visual presentation
- Valid CA driver’s license (for occasional off-site events)
- BA in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
