Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance and product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Operate POS systems efficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Contribute to inventory management through stock replenishment and loss prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
