Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities to better position our products.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions and pipeline progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level with high potential considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Determination: High level of motivation, resilience, and a 'hunter' mentality to close deals.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain information about our product lines and industry standards.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
