Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to identify needs and recommend solutions
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Collaborate with team to implement seasonal promotions and events
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
- Contribute to store operations through stock rotation and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with POS technology and inventory management software
