Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual/team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing store environment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele

- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify Retail) and basic tech literacy
