Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed sales targets by leveraging upselling techniques and product knowledge
- Manage inventory with precision, including stock replenishment and markdown processing
- Deliver outstanding post-purchase support including returns/exchanges and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain compelling product displays
- Participate in weekend/holiday shifts and store events as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
