Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and preferences
- Participate in product knowledge training and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
