Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to build lasting relationships and drive sales
- Meet/exceed individual and team sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Actively participate in product training to maintain expertise on current offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
