Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations to match luxury products with customer needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining PCI compliance
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through CRM management
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and loss prevention
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain brand expertise
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
