Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to keep the store organized and appealing.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous retail experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
