- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock, price items, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to customer needs and feedback, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
