Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer product inquiries with confidence.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and participate in on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
