Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions, and handling cash with precision.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (prior retail experience is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Willingness to learn new products and company policies quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
