Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and recommending add-ons.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required).
- No prior retail or sales experience is necessary; we value attitude and potential over experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
