Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide product knowledge across 200+ SKUs
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Visual merchandising to create eye-catching displays that drive sales
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in quarterly product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 0-2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Ave location
