Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges courteously and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure the sales floor remains safe and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
