Responsibilities
- Execute remote sales cycles via phone, video conferencing, and digital platforms to achieve monthly quotas
- Develop and maintain client relationships using Salesforce CRM and automated outreach systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the Houston metropolitan area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Participate in quarterly sales bootcamps at our Houston headquarters for team training and networking
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and documentation compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Advanced CRM skills (Salesforce certification preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in pipeline management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
