Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the training team to master sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate actively in weekly team meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops.
- Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new team members to foster a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
