Responsibilities
- Manage social media calendars and content publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist in email campaign creation using Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports in Google Analytics
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and on-page optimization
- Coordinate with designers for visual asset production
- Update and maintain CRM databases with lead information
- Conduct market research for client campaign optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Canva
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign examples preferred
