Responsibilities
- Execute and manage social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and newsletter distributions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Support content creation including blog posts, ad copy, and video scripts
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Coordinate with graphic designers on visual assets and brand consistency
- Manage CRM data entry and lead nurturing workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of marketing or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
