Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns across Mailchimp and HubSpot platforms
- Manage social media calendars for 5+ client accounts with daily content publishing
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and create actionable insights reports
- Assist in SEO optimization including keyword research and on-page content updates
- Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling visual assets for digital campaigns
- Support CRM management through Salesforce data hygiene and lead nurturing workflows
- Track marketing budgets and provide monthly ROI analysis to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
- Exceptional written communication skills with portfolio of sample content
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
