Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and social media platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Develop compelling content for blogs, social posts, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM systems and nurture lead generation pipelines
- Coordinate with design teams to produce marketing collateral
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Assist in budget allocation and expense tracking for marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience with digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot CRM
- Strong writing/editing skills with portfolio samples
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- BA in Marketing or related field preferred
- Google Ads certification a plus
