Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social graphics, and email newsletters
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer databases
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for local Hawaii businesses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional client meetings
