Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by listening actively and offering effective, professional solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our internal CRM software.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and system improvements.
- Assist in training new hires by sharing best practices and company knowledge.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use web browsers and email) is required; typing skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- A positive, patient, and resilient attitude when dealing with diverse customer personalities.
- Reliability and the ability to commit to a full-time schedule (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
- No prior customer service experience is necessary as we provide full training.
