Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision including vital signs, ECG monitoring, and specimen collection
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living
- Operate medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors) post-training
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Background check and drug screen required
