Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient care under supervision during training
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Transport patients safely throughout the facility
- Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and equipment
- Learn and apply infection control protocols
- Participate in 4-week paid training program with hands-on practice
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must attend all training sessions (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
- Basic computer proficiency
