Our night shift team operates from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical support to patients during evening hours. This role is perfect for students, career changers, or anyone seeking stable overnight employment with advancement potential.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures under nursing supervision
- Transport patients safely throughout the medical facility
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Respond to patient call lights promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
