Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Assist nurses with vital signs, patient mobility, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Support clinical workflows under RN supervision in fast-paced settings
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Participate in hands-on skills training during onboarding phase
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
- No healthcare experience necessary – training provided!
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (will be provided during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy for diverse patients
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends with holiday availability
- NYC Basic Life Support certification (provided post-hire)
