Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and stock organization.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and receiving shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and store management to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and mobile devices.
