Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Attend and actively participate in our structured training programs to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and maintaining showroom readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and evenings).
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
