- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are up to date.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash registers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
