Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
