Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining a high-energy sales floor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge and demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) while maintaining cash drawer integrity.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase average transaction value and meet individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
